INGREDIENT
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup of castor sugar
1 cup of coconut powder
4 eggs lightly beaten
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 cups of milk
125g of melted butter
Method
Lightly grease the pan.
Sift the flour into the bowl.
Stir in sugar,coconut,eggs,vanilla essence,butter and the milk.
Pour into a dish.
Bake in moderate oven about 45 minutes until lightly browned.
