DRIVING IN FOG

      When driving in fog

• Slow down and check your mirrors regularly. keep a reasonable distance from the vehicle in front.
• You should not totally and blindly depend on the tail light of the vehicle in front of you as it may not convey the right indication.
• Reduce your speed considerably as you will not be able to notice properly any obstruction found ahead.
• Observe the traffic signs as they will warn you of any danger ahead.
• Use your windscreen wiper and demister.Put on your dipped head light to see and to be seen by other road users.
• Clean the windscreen regularly.
• You will have to allow more time to complete your journey as you are obliged to drive at a reduce speed in the fog.
